The Royal Stables of Córdoba — The original Royal Stables were established by order of King Felipe II in 1570 to establish and promote the "Spanish Horse" which was the precursor to the Andalusian/PRE breed.

Cortijo de Garrapilos (Florida Barca) — Cortijo de Garrapilos is a Spanish military facility. It's primary goal since the late 1800's has been to produce stallions both PRE and Arabian to improve the bloodstock of horses throughout Spain.
