Part I
Once and sometimes twice a year I make time to photograph Patrick Nabors’ tiny exotic frogs. I’ve been doing this since 2008, and it’s something that I never tire of. It’s fun, challenging and rewarding. This year was no exception.
Click on the images below to enlarge.
I never know which frogs Patrick will have for me to photograph. Above are a Tiger-legged Tree Frog, a Red-eye Tree Frog, a Clown Frog and a Reed Frog.
In the images above there is a baby Milk Frog, a Red-eye Tree Frog, a Yellow Dart Frog, a Cinnamon Frog, and a Purple Red-eye Tree Frog.
Getting these little frogs to pose isn’t always easy, but Patrick is a master at handling them. The smaller ones in particular can be jumpy. There have been a few times when one has jumped onto my lens! However, this year they were especially cooperative.
Still more frogs to come in the next post. If you haven’t already please, sign up (at the top of the page) to receive an email notification when new images are posted. Thanks for your interest! Cheryl
